    Seed of Life

    “Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.” Hebrews 12:15 (NLT) I was working in the garden today. I was digging up these roots that seemed never ending. There is a plant coming up in multiple spots almost like tall blades of grass and the roots grow so deep that it’s hard to uproot them. I have to be sure to get all the way down so that it doesn’t come back up rearing it’s ugly head. I’ve been dealing with them for a couple of years…

    When life throws you lemons

    “And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.” Genesis 1:29 (NKJV) There is that old saying that when life throws you lemons you can either duck or make lemonade. So to make the lemonade, you simply have to squeeze the lemon juice, add water, sugar (optional), and of course filter out the seeds. What then do you do with the seeds? Throw them out of course.
